Stunning Beauty and the Beast Wedding Table Settings

“My favorite details are the super romantic feels of the navy and deep burgundy that we used to tell the story… We didn’t want to take it in a super cheesy way, we wanted it classy and romantic.” -Kaylee Creighton

Circular plates (of concentric sizes) were stacked to bring classic, regal feel to the shoot. The gold chargers featured here are from Kaylee’s personal collection, but brides can easily find similar gold chargers online, or from their local event rental company to meet a variety of budgets.

Roses were placed on each side of the candle centerpiece to hint on the symbolism of the enchanted rose from the film. The gold trim and gold silverware pop against the rich, navy tablecloth.

This gold mirror won’t necessarily show you what you desire, but it will show you what’s being served at the reception. The handwritten calligraphy by Blu3 Designs also adds a personal touch while also keeping the classic feel. The vintage navy ribbon was provided by Lesser Bear. The velvet ring box was provided by The Mrs. Box.

Be the Belle of the Ball

A yellow gown isn’t the only way to channel your inner Belle. Consider an elegant ballgown instead. This graceful Disney bridal dress pays tribute to Belle’s warm and gracious spirit. The bride is wearing a stunning ballgown with lace details from Bridal Superstore.

When we spoke with Kaylee about how all the elements came together in this shoot, she revealed that the red shawl that bride Kayla is wearing is actually a red tree skirt that they found in Laurel Hall during the shoot. This serves as an important reminder that with themed weddings, oftentimes brides can use non-traditional items in unique ways for a stunning, more budget-friendly look that still offers the same impressive effect.

This gorgeous, dense bouquet adds a pop of color to the deep navy and burgundy tones of the table settings. The variety of size and color makes this bouquet an exciting twist on the traditional fairy-tale bouquet. The greenery adds a more natural feel while also holding its elegance with the large roses, proteas, and ranunclulus. This fresh flower bridal bouquet was designed by Julie’s Flowers of Geist.

Allison Linnae Hair and Moriah Justin Artistry enhanced bridal model Kayla’s beauty with a beautiful updo and natural makeup.

Fairytale Final Touches

Setting the right mood is an important aspect of any wedding.

The classic and royal feel of a dramatic historic event venue made Laurel Hall a perfect fit for this Beauty and the Beast wedding shoot. Combined with the burgundy and navy in this palette, the gold gave the entire space a polished feel that still left room for the fairytale wedding theme.

For this styled shoot, Blu3 Designs created both the stationary and calligraphy. The laser-cut enchanted rose invites are eyecatching! The handwritten calligraphy on the envelopes add elegance and a personal touch to the wedding invitations while the actual invitation remains crisp and clean with minimal details, which accomplishes the classy and romantic goal Kaylee wanted.

The enchanted rose box and tray reminds guests of the Beauty and the Beast wedding theme, while also immersing them into the film. The mirror next to the cake adds a gold accent to the burgundy with a beautifully illustrated quote from the film with calligraphy also done by Blu3 Designs.

The custom three-tier cake with rose details was provided by Shyann Burris of Netta Sweet. The classic cake with the addition of the roses made it go from simple to exquisite right before our very eyes.
