president and CEO receives second Indy’s Best & Brightest nomination

Crystal Grave, the president and CEO of has received her second nomination for the 2013 Indy’s Best & Brightest Awards. The program highlights 100 of the city’s most promising young professionals in ten discrete categories. Grave’s work on launching in 2011 and has helped garner technology category nominations over the course of the past two years.

Selection Criteria

Winners are selected based on a number of criteria, including that they be no older than 40 years of age as of October 2013, reside or work in specific Indiana counties, have meaningful professional accomplishments, be actively involved within the community, positively affect others around them and demonstrate leadership qualities in the workplace or community.

Number of Finalists

The selection committee selects 100 total finalists, ten from each category. The President and CEO of Junior Achievement monitors the selection process and break any ties.

Narrowing the Field

Once 100 finalists are established, the selection committee, chaired by KPMG LLP, selects ten winners – one from each category. The winners will be announced at the Indy’s Best and Brightest awards presentation in October 2013.
