Snappening announces event venue sourcing partnership with IMPI

INDIANAPOLIS (November 19 , 2012) — Snappening, an Indianapolis-based online event planning startup, is excited to announce their partnership with the Indiana Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (IMPI) for the 2012-2013 IMPI Venue Sourcing Program. The IMPI Board of Directors awarded Snappening this important partnership wherein they will utilize Snappening’s existing venue contact tools and venue relationships across more than 1,600 Snappening venue listings in central Indiana.

In this partnership, Snappening will provide greater efficiencies on behalf of IMPI and their venue selection in areas such as their annual awards banquet, luncheon meeting series and periodic networking events. IMPI plans more than 30 distinct meetings and events each year for its membership.

Snappening was awarded this partnership through a series of recommendations and ultimately seeing the benefits of using the Snappening online venue database to secure venues for various IMPI events now and in the future. In addition, Snappening will provide IMPI with significant in-kind services in the partnership.
